InnovaXN trains 40 early stage researchers on projects using both synchrotron X-rays and neutrons, providing valuable interdisciplinary research and exploiting the Grenoble international research infrastructures’ complementarity for innovation. This programme is based on an open ideation and project co-design process and mobility with industrial partners. The industry collaborators are strongly involved at all stages of the programme and each student spend at least three months at the site of the industry partners.
